Mix at maximum speed for 5 minutes eggs with sugar, essence and oil mixed with melted butter. Then add a little, carefully mixing with a handful of flour with baking powder and cocoa. Add small cubes of chocolate, nuts. and chestnuts and mix lightly. Pour the composition into a castle silicone mold. Put it in the hot oven and let it rise for at least 15 minutes. Check if it is not baked, leave it until it passes the toothpick test ( do not take raw dough on it). Remove when ready and leave to cool, then remove from the silicone mold and powder with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon powder.

This is for the artistic impression of dusty and weathered brick ... of course the recipe can be adapted and depending on the mood you can decorate with wafer turrets or flags and various colored and candy creams ... but I chose this theme that it seemed in tune with autumn. In the middle we place candies with cocoa in the shape of nuts or if you can't find them, you can make small nuts from biscuit salami and roll them in cocoa or powdered sugar with cinnamon.

About Stefania's meatball with eggs & # 8211 brief history

Probably few know why this meatball bears the beautiful name of & # 8222Stefania & # 8221. Who gave it this name? It is about Princess Stephanie of Belgium (b. 21.05.1864-d. 23.08.1945).

The story of her life is like a soap opera. She was the wife of Crown Prince Rudolf of Austria. She was the daughter of King Leopold II of Belgium and his wife, Marie Henriette of Austria, and was born at Laeken Royal Castle. Her grandfather was the first king of the Belgians, and her aunt was the empress of Mexico.

On May 10, 1881, a few weeks before her 17th birthday, Stephanie married Rudolf, the only son of Emperor Franz Josef of Austria and Princess Sissi, Elizabeth of Bavaria, in Vienna. They had only one child, Archduchess Elizabeth Maria of Austria, called in the family & # 8222Erzsi & # 8221 (Erji). In 1889 Rudolf was found dead at Mayerling, along with his 17-year-old mistress, Baroness Maria Vetsera, as an apparent result of a suicide. The scandal that followed her husband's death caused Stephanie to isolate herself from the court in Vienna. She also had a bad relationship with her father, Leopold II of Belgium.

Regarding & # 8222The festive meatball with Stefania eggs & # 8221 we are more interested in the second marriage of the princess. On March 22, 1900, at Miramare in Italy (then part of Austria-Hungary), against her father's wishes, Stéphanie married Count Elemér Lónyay of Nagy-Lónya and Vásáros-Namény, a Hungarian count who was raised in 1917 to the rank of Fürst (print) by the Emperor of Austria.

Stéphanie and her new husband lived at his castle in western Hungary (today in Slovakia). She was loved by the Hungarian people and lived in Hungary for the rest of her life, dying at the age of 81 in Pannonhalma on August 23, 1945.

Stéphanie was a great lover of Hungarian cuisine and has several inventions in gastronomy. In Hungarian cuisine there is the name of & # 8222tip Stefania & # 8221, which means that the food contains a whole boiled egg. This is the name of the whole meatball with whole egg & # 8222Chiftea Stefania & # 8221 but there is also & # 8222Risotto Stefania & # 8221, & # 8222Sufleu Stefania & # 8221 but also & # 8222Cuiburi Stefania & # 8221 (source).

From the ingredients below it results approx. 12-15 servings (round shape of 26 cm). This festive meatball with boiled eggs can be served both hot and cold, on platters assorted appetizers.

Note: See Measuring Ingredients

Method of preparation

1. Beat the egg whites hard, using a mixer or whisk.

2. Gradually add the sugar, one teaspoon at a time, continuing to mix. Mix until the sugar melts and the foam becomes thick and shiny. If you overturn the bowl with foam and it does not drain, it means it is perfect.

3. Line a tray with baking paper.

4. Using a spoon or pastry posh, form foam moths on the baking tray.

5. Bake the meringues for 10 minutes at a temperature of 110 degrees. Then lower the temperature to 70-90 degrees and bake for another 2 hours with the oven door slightly open.

6. Leave the meringues in the oven off for another 1-1.5 hours to dry.

7. Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Beat the soft butter (at room temperature) and the condensed milk with the mixer. If the cream is too fluid, you can put it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

8. Grind the walnuts a little with a blender or a knife. Leave a few whole nuts for ornament.

9. Soak the prunes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and dry. Cut them into the desired shape. Leave a few whole plums for ornament.

10. Cut the chocolate into small cubes.
Assemble the cake.

11. Soak each meringue in cream and arrange the first layer of meringue cake on a flat plate. Fill the gaps with walnuts, plums and pieces of meringue, also soaked in cream,

12. The next layer will be again with meringues soaked in cream. Alternate the layers until the meringues are finished.

13. Finally pour the remaining cream over the cake.

14. Sprinkle the cake with nuts, plums and chocolate. Garnish with plums and whole walnuts.

He followed her to Germany

The young woman and her minor daughter left the country and settled in Germany. The man continued to appeal to her frequently, at various intervals, insisting on reconciling with him, and refusing to address insults, insulting expressions and threats of violence. She even went to Germany and was photographed in front of the house where she lived with her daughter. He then contacted her and told her that if they did not resume the relationship, he would set her on fire, according to the young woman's testimony. He also stated this in front of the investigators, the young man also published a photo with her in a bathing suit, along with other photos with her, on his Facebook account in which he addressed offensive words and her phone number "for sexual services". .

Several witnesses heard in court reported that they saw the photos posted by the young man on Facebook, which showed his ex-girlfriend in underwear, and that she complained that the man was constantly harassing her and threatening her with acts of violence, on the grounds that she is not resuming her love affair with him. The young man admitted the crimes.

The best homemade cheesecake

It's very hard for me not to buy all the cookbooks I find in bookstores. Those perfect pictures of sweets, salads, soups & icircn that the proportion & icircn between vegetables and juice seems perfectly balanced, cocktails of all colors, small and beautifully decorated appetizers & hellip made. And this is exactly why I have to make an effort not to buy them because, in general, they are not so easy to do and very rarely come out as pictures.

I took, a few years ago from a newsstand, the abbreviated edition of Royal cookbook of Princess Margaret (for pictures, especially, obviously). I was, however, surprised to find there some recipes that were not really hard to make, and, especially, they came out to me. Sometimes their names seem quite sophisticated, but they are usually quite simple. You can find, for example, Lemon Drizzle Cake (which is a very good and easy to make cake), chilli con carne, yogurt cake, Andalusian gazpacho, roasted penne with Roquefort, br & acircnză soufflé, Tullgarn Castle pie or cake & bdquoGabriela & rqu .

The volume is also interesting because, since it is scattered among the recipes, you can also find the stories of some members belonging to the European royal houses. In fact, stories and recipes are intertwined, and the book is thus a pleasant way to bring together stories about people and things. Among the personalities presented by Princess Margaret are: Queen Silvia of Sweden, King Simeon II and Queen Margarita of the Bulgarians, Prince Nicholas, Queen Sophia of Spain, Charles, Prince of Wales, and other members of the Royal House of Rome (King Mihai, Queen Anne and the sisters of Princess Margaret, Elena, Irina, Sofia and Maria).

Recipes and stories are complemented by a Glossary which are explained in terms of culinary terms, but also specific types of cheeses or wines, and is concluded by a short Code of good manners at the table made by Mrs. Aurelia Marinescu.

Of all the recipes (obviously I haven't made them all, not by far), my favorite, and the one that everyone always asks me to make, is New York Cheesecake. So far, it's the best cheesecake I've ever made (it's usually the cake I order at every restaurant or teahouse, so I've tried quite a few). The cheesecake that is made in the oven is a different kind of cake, except that so far I have not been able to find any recipe that will come out to me. New York Cheesecake is made quickly and very easily, and the result is great. It never occurred to me that it would never work out.

I also brought some "improvements" to the recipe to make it even lighter, meaning I no longer make the top of digestive biscuits mixed with butter (I find it a little nauseous), but I put biscuits directly underneath, and & icircn instead of br & ac, In the original recipe, I put the sweet cow cheese that I beat with the blender until it becomes creamy.

So, as ingredients, you need: 1 sachet of gelatin, 450 grams of creamy cheese, 150 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, 200 grams of greasy cream and 200 grams of sweet cream for whipped cream from in the box). Beat the cheese with the blender (it doesn't work well with the mixer, because it doesn't come out creamy enough), put the gelatin soaked on the fire (write on the back of the envelope how to prepare it) and mix it with both. Separately, beat the cream for the cream and then mix with the greasy cream. Mix both compositions and add sugar and salt. & Icircnto a tray (round, square or rectangular, of which you have), put a cellophane over which you pour the final composition. Arrange the biscuits on top of it and leave it in the fridge for at least four hours or, preferably, overnight.

The sauce above can be made with any kind of berries, but the best is the blueberries. From 200 grams of blueberries, half mix them with 100 grams of sugar and a little water and keep them on the fire for a few minutes (stirring continuously), until the composition cools down. Add the rest of the fruit over it after it has cooled a bit. I also soften the biscuits with the juice from the sauce, so that they don't stay hard. Put the cake on a plate (cellophane or baking paper helps you not to stick to the walls of the tray) and garnish with fruit sauce. And that's it.

One of Banat's abandoned mansions will be rehabilitated with money from Norway

Timiș County Council is taking concrete steps towards the rehabilitation of Mocioni Mansion, the institution taking over the administration of the building from Foeni City Hall. More recently, the building is now called the House of National Education. The money for the rehabilitation of the abandoned mansion would come from Norwegian funds.

The mansion from Foeni will receive money from Norway and will re-enter the tourist circuit, writes Stiri de Timișoara. The project submitted by CJ Timiș through the Ro-Cultura program will benefit from funding, due to the supplementation of funds on these grants. The county council has DALI and, after the financing contract will be signed, it will launch the tender for technical project and execution.

The project has a value of almost 12 million lei, of which 20% from the CJ, and the rest, non-reimbursable financing. The county councilors approved, in the last plenary session, the revocation of the right of Foeni City Hall to manage the building.

„From the date of entry into force of this decision, the Decision of the County Council no. 85/2016 regarding the approval of the administration of Foeni Commune of the building of the National Education House from Foeni, ceases to be valid ”, it is written in the decision voted at the end of March.

The construction site at Mocioni Mansion must be completed in three years. It is mainly about the rehabilitation and revitalization of the building located about 40 km from Timisoara. The building was built in neoclassical style in 1750.

Hatter's Castle- A.J. Cronin

Hatter's Castle- A.J. Cronin
& # 8222The massive appearance of the dimensions at the top of this building made the tower look small and misshapen, just like a narrow, frowning forehead, and the two zebra-shaped windows looked at passers-by, just like hidden eyes peeking at you. , from behind the frowning eyebrows. & # 8221

One of the best books I have had the privilege of reading and reciting, which I could not leave out of hand, with a title as suggestive as possible, edifying, even, meant as if to highlight the ordeal and tyranny present in the 'sanctuary' of the main character, James Brodie. It is a simple, clear and coherent written book. It has a clear narrative style that expresses talc stories about our existence as human beings, a book that addresses more to the soul, a kind of soap opera well written and placed in an English-speaking world, which obviously makes its mark on the atmosphere in the book. But let's start with the beginning…

The hatter's castle, published in 1931, was the first novel by A. J. Cronin, being at the same time one of the most successful. First of all, as I am used to, a few words about this remarkable author. Archibald Joseph Cronin, a well-known Scottish physician and writer, was born on July 19, 1896. He graduated from Glasgow Medical School in 1919 and was a surgeon in the Royal Navy. In 1925 he became a doctor of medicine. Later he became a health inspector and studied occupational diseases in mining. He began practicing medicine in London in 1926, later dedicating himself to writing. the farm. Other well-known novels of his are: 'Sub stele', 'Citadela', 'Anii de tinerete' (autobiographical novel), 'Gran Canaria' and Frumoasa Gracie '. After some of these, successful screenings were made, such as' The Citadel, 'Under the Stars', 'Gran Canalia' and 'The Hatter's Castle'. fiction and social criticism and are inspired by the world in which he lived. Cronin's books investigate the moral conflicts between the individual and society, and his idealistic heroes seek the justice of the common man. in the United States (1939). He later preferred to spend the last 25 years of his life in Lucerne and Montreux, Switzerland, where he continued to write until his death, at the honorable age of 80.

The action in Hatter's Castle begins in 1879, in a fictional town (Levenford) in Scotland. The narrative revolves around several characters and has a branched plot, the unfolding of significant moments in the novel, the trajectory of the characters' destinies and the outcome of their journey being all related to the identity, personality and deviant behavior of the hat, which makes everything around him derail. dramatic sequence of events. The immediate success of the book helped Cronin in making the decision to permanently abandon his first profession - that of a doctor, and to dedicate himself entirely to his vocation as a writer. I would have rewarded this wonderful writer with a Nobel Prize for literature, because he managed to capture and reproduce with amazing artistic talent the essence of human nature, because I am convinced that even today there are people among us with a perception of life similar to that of James Brodie.

Actiunea este mereu prezenta, mintea nu are timp sa-ti fuga in alta parte!

Fiecare jurat a ales 4 retete, dupa criteriile personale si le-a notat: 10, 9, 8, 7. A spus la fiecare si cateva cuvinte.

Vedeti mai jos. Dau rezultatele in ordinea in care au raspuns juratii:

1. Chef Inocentiu L. Canea

2. Chef Alexandru Cirtu

-Lava cake &ndashAlina Marginean NOTA 8

-Elke Dvornik-nota 8 -aromat!

-Bors de sfecla roșie cu afumatura. -Geta Moroșan-nota 7-ca acasa!

4. Chef Dragos Arman e in vacanta, a transmis doar lista, fara alte comentarii

&ndash Codruta Lucan-19 puncte

3.Tarta cu spanac si ricotta- Codruta Lucan-17 puncte

Regele a părăsit castelul » Australian Open a rămas fără cel mai profilic jucător: Djokovici, eliminare neașteptată în turul 2

What is it Australian Open pentru Novak Djokovici?
