Pork meatballs

Pork meatballs

  • 1/2 kg of minced pork
  • a carrot
  • a potato
  • an egg
  • parsley
  • a small clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • oil
  • salt

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


Carrot and potato are cleaned, washed and passed through a small grater. Squeeze well and mix with the minced meat. Finely chop the parsley and mix with the above composition. Add salt, peeled and crushed garlic, egg and mix the composition. Shape the meatballs, put them in flour and place them on a chopper on which I sprinkled the flour. Heat the oil well and fry the meatballs until they turn coppery, turning them on one side and on the other.
