Salted appetizer with cheese


Finely grate the cheese.

Make a dough from: flour, butter, egg yolks, salt, cream and knead it well so that it is homogeneous. Roll out this tender dough into a 0.5 cm thick sheet.

Portion the dough into the desired shapes, sprinkle them with grated cheese and place them in a tray lined with baking paper.

Put the tray in the oven when it is well heated and then reduce the heat.

When the cheese on the saltines has melted and browned nicely, take the tray out of the oven and place the saltines on a plate. They can already be served.


I helped 1 pack of 1kg of frozen puff pastry, which I let it thaw, then I cut each puff pastry sheet into 2 equal pieces. When I want the puff pastry to grow tall, I don't spread the puff pastry sheet with the foil, and that's what I did this time too, I left the thick puff pastry as it was after it thawed.

Grease the puff pastry with egg white or beaten egg with a fork, then on 1-2 of the length of the puff pastry put grated cheese. The puff pastry is rolled from the side with cheese, towards the side without, it is pressed a little with the palm, then it is greased on top with egg and sprinkled with a little salt and sesame seeds.

Cut the puff pastry roll into suitable pieces (I cut it into square pieces), then put each piece in an oven tray lined with baking paper. The puff pastry pieces are placed at some distance from each other so that they do not stick when they swell. I put a little more grated cheese on top of the puff pastry pieces and then I put the tray in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees Celsius.

INGREDIENT:

200 ml of warm milk

PREPARATION:
Put the flour in a bowl, and in the middle put the 2 gal benefits and a cup of milk with yeast and sugar. Knead until a soft crust is made so that it can be stretched. Divide coca into 4 equal parts. Separately, rub the margarine with flour (after the eyes) until it becomes like a soft paste. It is made on and divided into 8 equal parts.

Take the first guguloi of the 4, stretch a little, place a guguloi of the 8 on it
and stretches with the facet.

The same is done with the rest of the coca. Place the salts in the uncoated stove tray and bake at the right heat.

I go very well with a cold beer. )

Hello dear lusts. Today I prepared SALTS WITH BACON AND CHEESE. It's a super easy recipe to make. You do not need many ingredients and the house will be filled with a great smell. I hope you like this recipe and enjoy it. I wish you to continue to have a tasty day and good appetite!

Ingredient:

  • 800 gr. - yeast-free sheets
  • 200 gr. - smoked bacon
  • 100 gr. - grated cheese
  • 1 egg (for greased)
  • 1 teaspoon - dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon sesame

Method of preparation:

  1. Sprinkle the table with a little flour. Put half the amount of dough on the table and spread it a little, you need to give it a size of about 35 cm. length and 30 cm. width. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and flatten it with a fork, this way the cheese will gradually enter the dough.
  2. Arrange thin slices of smoked bacon on top of the cheese. Then cover everything with the other half of the dough so that all the bacon is covered.
  3. Cut the dough in 2 horizontally and then cut about 26-28 strips of 2-3 cm. Grease them with egg, sprinkle on the whole surface dried oregano, sesame and twist the strips in spirals.
  4. Put them on a baking tray and grease the eggs that have not been sprinkled with oregano and sesame. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees C for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
  5. Serve the saltines with pizza sauce or whatever you want. Good appetite!
