Ingredients for 2 people:
1 pork muscle (about 600 g)

Preparation:

Pour the rest of the Tamarind sauce. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and add the boiled water.

Cover the pan and simmer for another 30 minutes. If the sauce thickens too much during this time, add more hot water to the pan. All this time it is good to check the meat and the sauce, if they are made! Season if needed with salt and pepper.
After 30 minutes, mount on the plate.
Add the rice, add the pork with the Tamarind sauce and garnish with slices of red hot peppers, green onions and coriander leaves. (I decorated it with coriander instead of basil).
