Sweet-spicy glazed salmon

I've cooked in Teriyaki style, but every time I used commercial Teriyaki sauce, ready made. How do you proceed?

Rice preparation:

  • Put 1 L of boiling water, add ½ teaspoon of salt

Glazed pineapple

• 4 pieces of skinless salmon fillets (170g each)
• a tablespoon of olive oil

• two lemons

• 340g fresh spinach
• a tablespoon and a half of white wine

How do you prepare?

Preheat the oven to 350 °. Wash the salmon well and place the four pieces in a large bowl. Meanwhile, you can put the apple cider and honey in a saucepan and cook over medium heat. Leave the mixture on the fire until it is reduced by half. When ready, remove from the heat and pour over the salmon. Let everything rest for 10 minutes.

During this time, put the olive oil in a large pan and leave it on medium-high heat. After 10 minutes, season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste and place it in the pan. Leave it on the fire for two minutes and sprinkle the pieces of fish with the mixture of cider and honey until the salmon begins to caramelize slightly.

After frying all four pieces in this way, pour the rest of the cider with honey and lemon juice. Transfer everything to a pan and leave in the oven for 6-8 minutes. To see if the fish is ready you can try it with the tip of a knife: the small pieces will break from it.

While the salmon is in the oven, melt the butter in a high pan, add the spinach, salt and pepper. Cook the spinach for a minute or until you notice that the leaves are starting to soften.

Pour the white wine over the mixture and leave on the fire for 1-2 minutes. When everything is ready, try to drain the spinach and divide it into four portions. Arrange on a plate: salmon with spinach garnish, decorated with lemon slices.
