And now, let's see how we could adapt, for a period of 5 days, as we used to, the prehistoric diet to a diet. We warn you that it will not be easy to follow, especially because of the marked poverty in carbohydrates. But with a little will, it's possible. And we guarantee the results!

Day 1
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes, tea
Lunch: a can of sardines in oil (125 g), a large salad based on lettuce, to which is added a vinaigrette prepared as above and any green vegetables allowed

Tsipouro, the drink of relaxation

Tsipouro (pronounced ţipuro) is a traditional Greek alcoholic beverage for which, in my opinion, the first description would be that it is about the same as ouzo, but completely different. It is served with ice cubes and cold water, and after adding water to it it takes on a characteristic milky color that is due to the anise it contains. His service is a whole ceremony, and the goal of the customers is not to get dizzy or saturated, but to relax and prolong as much as possible the pleasant mood and social contact with friends.

Cura pentru detoxifierea orgasnimului, necesara inainte de o cura de slabire.

Insa nu uitati ca orice cura de slabire ca sa fie eficienta trebuie sa fie insotita de program de aerobic, minim 2 l de apa pe zi, masaj si creme ce ajuta la indepartarea celulitei.

Pranz : gratar de piept de pui (400 grame), salata de legume ( rosii, 1 castravete, 1 ardei gras, masline, sare si 1 lingurita ulei de masline)
Cina: 1 ou fiert tare plus salata din castraveti cu marar, acrita cu zeama de lamaie, o lingurita de ulei de masline si sare
Dieta hipocalorica – respectarea acestei diete duce la pierderea a 10 kg.
Luni:
Dimineata: o cafea sau un ceai fara zahar, o felie de paine prajita cu putin iaurt slab.
La pranz: o pulpa de pui la gratar sau fiarta, o salata verde cu putin ulei de masline.
Seara: un iaurt degresat, o felie de paine.
Marti:
Dimineata: o cafea sau un ceai fara zahar, o felie de paine prajita cu putin iaurt slab.
La pranz: 200 g cartofi fierti, cu patrunjel tocat, 250 g carne de vita sau piept de pui fiert.
Seara: un iaurt degresat, o felie de paine
Miercuri:
Dimineata: o cafea sau un ceai fara zahar, o felie de paine prajita cu putin iaurt slab.
La pranz: 250 g de peste la gratar sau fiert, cu zeama de lamaie.
Seara: un iaurt degresat, o felie de paine.
Joi:
Dimineata: o cafea sau un ceai fara zahar, o felie de paine prajita cu putin iaurt slab.
La pranz: un ou fiert, 120 g carne de vita la gratar si 20 g branza de vaci, o salata verde cu putin ulei de masline.
Seara: un iaurt degresat, o felie de paine.
Vineri:
Dimineata: o cafea sau un ceai fara zahar, o felie de paine prajita cu putin iaurt slab.
La pranz: un piept de pui la gratar sau fiert, o salata de legume cu ulei de masline, doi cartofi fierti.
Seara: un iaut degresat, o felie de paine.
Saturday:
Dimineata: o cafea sau un ceai fara zahar, o felie de paine prajita cu putin iaurt slab.
La pranz: o farfurie cu supa de legume sau de pui.
Seara: un iaurt degresat, o felie de paine.
Sunday:
Dimineata: o cafea sau un ceai fara zahar, o felie de paine prajita cu putin iaurt slab.
La pranz: 200 g sunca de pui, un iaurt de 200 g.
Seara: iaurt degresat, o felie de paine.
Se consuma numai paine neagra. Daca intre mese apare senzatia defoame se mananca un fruct, de preferat o portocala sau un grepfruit. Nu se mananca banane si struguri.
Insa nu uitati ca orice cura de slabire ca sa fie eficienta trebuie sa fie insotita de program de aerobic, minim 2 l de apa pe zi, masaj si creme ce ajuta la indepartarea celulitei.
