Preparation time: less than 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Strawberry Syrup:
Cleaned, washed, drained strawberries are taken into account. Put water in a pot to boil. When it boils, add the strawberries, turn off the heat, put the lid on and leave it until the next day.
The next day the resulting liquid is strained. One kg of sugar is added to each liter of liquid. Put it on the fire and let it boil. From time to time you take the foam. Add lemon juice along the way. Boil until bound. We try on a plate and see how consistent it is.
Put hot in bottles. Sterilize in the stove oven.
