Apparently, the fact that your body doesn’t have to work to cool down during the hot summer months, since the AC is doing the work for you, is making you gain weight. Hmm, so if we just sweated everything out during the hot summer months then we’d be losing water weight and our body would be working harder, too? Do you enjoy wearing leggings? Once thought of as a way to keep warm when wearing a skirt, leggings are now potentially the cause of your flabby thighs. Oh yes, throw them right out. It appears that the fact that they "hold everything in" allows your muscles to slack off, meaning they become weaker and, thus, flabbier.

Got in a fight with your mom? Better make amends fast before you get too fat. Apparently, studies have shown that those who don’t get along as well with their mothers are twice as likely to be overweight and/or obese. So I guess it’s not just the fabulous cookies she makes…
